Cotton On Group expanded their existing 35,000 square metre Avalon Distribution Center to a 45,000 square metre facility to support their global retail footprint. 

Aserve was appointed by Qanstruct to complete the electrical distribution system for the extended warehouse. The team delivered their solution whilst the existing warehouse was live and operational, with works including:  

• Electrical & Lighting Design  
• Extension of existing sub-main distribution network  
• New Distribution Boards  

• Supply & Installation of fully racked high bay lighting solution  
• Supply & Installation of external lighting solution  
• Civil excavation and extension of the existing underground reticulation system  
• Extension of existing forklift charging bays  
• General power systems  

The warehouse was completed end of 2022.
